Have you ever wished you had more time in the day? How many times have you overheard someone complain that there aren’t enough hours in the day? What if I could tell you a foolproof way to get one more hour of productive time in your day?
My normal Saturday routine is to wake up around 7:00am and have breakfast with my family. In the late morning we usually go on an adventure before lunch. When my two young girls take a nap, I spend time reading and then go on a run. The evening is usually spent hanging with family again.
Last Saturday morning I woke up early, and before breakfast went for my run with a friend. It felt good to be up and active at dawn… but the really amazing thing happened later in the afternoon. When I normally get ready for my Saturday afternoon run, I realized I had an extra hour!
We can either complain about not having enough time… or we can wake up an hour earlier, and accomplish something we would normally do later in the day!
Tomorrow morning, I’ll be getting up an hour earlier than normal to go for a run!
